Privacy Policy

LineUp (“LineUp”, “we”, “us”) is a social media scheduling and publishing platform operated by NoNames (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka, of No. 561, Sirimadura, Gangarama Road, Werahara, Boralasgamuwa, Sri Lanka. Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and organization details when you sign up.
• Connected platform data: when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or LinkedIn page, we receive access tokens and basic profile information (page/account name, ID, avatar) needed to publish on your behalf.
• Content you create: posts, captions, media, schedules, and comments you add in LineUp.
• Usage data: log and device information for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To schedule and publish your content to the platforms you connect.
• To provide collaboration, approvals, analytics, and AI caption features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Platform data (Meta & LinkedIn)

Our use of information received from Meta APIs and LinkedIn APIs adheres to their respective Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including limited-use requirements. We use this access solely to provide the scheduling and publishing features you request. We do not sell platform data or use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shared with other customers or exposed to your browser. Data is stored on our managed infrastructure.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes the stored tokens. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion instructions or email privacy@lineupapp.uk.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, storage, email) and with the social platforms you choose to publish to. We do not sell your personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
