Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data LineUp holds about you and your connected accounts at any time.

Disconnect a platform

In LineUp, go to Connections and disconnect any Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn channel. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access tokens for that channel.

Delete your account & all data

To permanently delete your LineUp account and all associated data (organization, clients, channels, posts, media, and tokens), email privacy@lineupapp.ukfrom your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Removing LineUp from your Meta account

You can also revoke LineUp’s access from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, which removes our access to your Meta data.
