Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LineUp, operated by NoNames (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka of No. 561, Sirimadura, Gangarama Road, Werahara, Boralasgamuwa, Sri Lanka. By using LineUp you agree to them.

The service

LineUp lets you plan, approve, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn pages). Availability of each platform depends on that platform’s APIs and policies.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the rights and authorization to publish to the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish through LineUp.
• You must comply with the terms of each connected platform (Meta, LinkedIn).
• You must not use LineUp for spam, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your organization. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or platform policies.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to publish your content reliably but cannot guarantee third-party platforms will accept every request. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoNames (Private) Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
